How are people able to make such a large amount of money on the stock market?

How are people able to make a living on the stock market?

Is being part of the stock market viable for highschoolers?

First week now unsure of everything

We have an idea to work with the stock market and attempt to find a formula for those buying into the stock market for the first time.  WE are trying to see how we can do in the stock market acting like adults to get valuable experience that we can later use in the future.  Doing a project about the stock market is actually a quite useful idea.  This can work to teach us about economics in a hands on way that isn't just some children's game.
